Overview
The wafer type concentric butterfly valve is composed of a valve body, a butterfly disc, a valve stem, a rubber valve seat and a driving device. The valve seat adopts a movable mosaic design, and according to the physical and chemical characteristics of different media, the corresponding high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, light resistance, aging resistance and other materials can be selected. It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, gas pipelines for municipal administration, construction, air conditioning, food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, textile, papermaking, etc., as a flow adjustment and interception medium.

● The movable inlaid valve seat design can be easily replaced.
● The valve seat and the valve body are respectively provided with concave and convex grooves, which are completely engaged to prevent the valve seat from sliding, and the sealing performance is reliable to achieve two-way sealing and zero leakage.
● Multi-channel conjoined sealing ring at the valve seat shaft hole ensures reliable valve shaft sealing.
● The valve shaft and the butterfly disc are connected without pins to prevent internal leakage.
● The operating mechanism can be selected flexibly, and different operating modes such as manual, electric and pneumatic can be configured according to customer needs.
