On November 21, 2020, Bensv, Wuhan University and Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. jointly completed the key technology of water hammer valve protection in pipeline water delivery system, which won the second prize of invention and innovation award of China Invention Association in 2020.

Through the innovation of valve structure and optimization of hydraulic performance, the R & D team proposed the protection scheme of water hammer valve in water supply pipeline system, which effectively solved the problem of water hammer protection in pipeline system, especially in long-distance water transmission pipeline, and ensured the safe and economic operation of pipeline.
