BNSV Hydraulic butterfly valve for water turbine inlet
Overview
Hydraulic inlet butterfly valve of hydraulic turbine is the most widely used inlet valve of hydraulic turbine, which is applicable to the penstock in front of the turbine. There are two types of butterfly valve: vertical shaft (valve shaft position is vertical) and horizontal shaft (valve shaft position is horizontal). Sediment is easy to deposit at the lower bearing of vertical shaft butterfly valve, which should be cleaned regularly, otherwise the lower bearing will wear quickly and cause valve sinking. Therefore, horizontal shaft butterfly valve is generally preferred.
All welded ball valve, no external leakage and other phenomena. The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by a computer detector, so the machining accuracy of the sphere is high. As the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, it will not cause uneven stress and deformation due to earthquake and vehicle passing through the ground, so the pipeline is aging resistant. The sealing ring body is made of rptfe with 25% carbon content to ensure no leakage (0%).
