Wuhan is the core city of the Yangtze River economic belt and the key flood control city in China. Water conservancy work is related to both urban safety and the overall situation of the country. The city should stand in the political high understanding and grasp the water conservancy work in the new development stage, firmly strengthen the national chess thought, promote the high-quality development of Wuhan Water Conservancy, and provide strong water security guarantee for building "five centers" and building a modern big Wuhan. We should further improve political positions, compact responsibilities, improve quality and efficiency of work, implement the system of building regulations, strengthen overall planning and take into account, and carefully follow up all the work.

The meeting considered the implementation plan of further solving formalism problems for grass-roots work in 2021.
