● According to different working conditions, the appropriate butterfly plate sealing ring can be selected to ensure that the valve will not have internal leakage in a maintenance cycle;

● The valve body, butterfly plate, pressure ring and other parts are made of carbon steel, which can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost. All parts in contact with the medium are sprayed with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings such as ceramics, which can increase the ability of valves to resist seawater corrosion and erosion;

● The valve shaft sleeve is made of duplex stainless steel, and the interference fit is adopted with the shaft hole on the valve body to effectively prevent the corrosion of sea water on the shaft hole of the valve body;

● There is a retaining ring between the valve stem and the shaft sleeve. Its function is to prevent sea water from penetrating between the valve stem and the shaft sleeve, and to eliminate the corrosion of sea water on the valve rod and shaft sleeve. At the same time, it can prevent mud and sand from seeping into the gap between the valve stem and the shaft sleeve, resulting in the phenomenon that the valve stem and the shaft sleeve are occluded, which effectively improves the service life of the valve;

● The sealing surface of valve seat is wear-resistant EPDM or overlaid with duplex stainless steel, which can resist abrasion and erosion and effectively improve the sealing reliability of valve;

● The live load combined packing, i.e. V-type PTFE + V-type EPDM packing, is used to ensure that the valve will not leak in one maintenance cycle.
