BNSV Sea water sludge discharge valve
Overview
Seawater sludge valve is a kind of angle type cut-off valve with hydraulic or pneumatic source as the actuator. It is usually installed in rows on the outer wall of the bottom of the sedimentation tank to remove the sediment and dirt at the bottom of the tank. Diaphragm type quick opening sludge discharge valve is divided into two chambers by nylon reinforced rubber diaphragm, connected with hydraulic or pneumatic source, and controlled by electric or manual two position four-way reversing valve to realize quick sludge discharge. In this valve, the diaphragm is used to replace the piston without moving friction, which is more suitable for slurry and other granular media, and greatly improves the service life of the valve.

3. Adopting double chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism, the valve opens smoothly and quickly, which has the following advantages over piston valve:
A. no movement wear, no water leakage due to impurities;
B. insensitive to sediment deposition;
C. no lubrication, no mechanical wear, no regular replacement of rubber products;
4. The driving medium pressure water can directly use tap water or clean water from the upper part of the pool (pressure≥ 0.05Mpa), which is easy to operate.
5. High degree of automation, can achieve remote automatic control and centralized control.
